[ Slightly backdated to somewhere between incredibly late/ridiculously early on Tuesday, for those among you who like to tune in at all hours. Someone woke up and couldn't get back to sleep again. ]

Asleep for three days? Tch. Like I'd believe that.

[ Leon's voice is tense and slightly hoarse, hiding the edge of a snarl. He's clearly wound up over something. ]

Has anyone seen Aerith, recently? Long brown hair, wears pink; she has a Chansey with her. I keep trying to call her, but she's not answering, even though her gear is still online.

[ Of course, the last time he tried was apparently three whole days ago, which isn't helping. He knows she's a grown woman and perfectly capable of handling her own, but at this rate it'd be far more reassuring to know she was safe at home rather than lost in a ditch somewhere.

There's a few tiny background noises for a moment, then the feed clicks off. ]

Yeah. ...I can't remember what it was about... But I just know it was one of those freaky things that you never want to dream about again.

[Psyduck tilts his head and lets out a quack -- WHERE ARE YOU METAL BROSIS?]

I remember bits and pieces, and most of it is...unpleasant.

[ Well, not so much 'unpleasant' as 'bawww, my dead ex'. HOW DOES I EMOTIONS.

Suddenly the video feed flickers on, as Skarmory nudges the side of the gear. Leon has bags under his eyes, and is readying a backpack, laid out behind him. He casts Skarmory an annoyed glance, but doesn't switch the feed back. Skarmory gives a cheerful caw, poking her large beak into the screen. I'm here! ]

Do you remember colors? For some reason I have a feeling there was a lot of pink...

[Psyduck waves at Skarmory all happy.]

...Hey Leon, are you sure you're alright? You don't look too well...

I'm fine. [ Translation: I don't wanna talk about it. ] I do remember dreaming about pink, though. Pink and blue...

[ Skarmory coos at Lucky Duck, bobbing her head. How's he doing? ]

Yeah, there was some blue, too! And I feel like something bad happened...

[he goes back to holding his head and tilting it letting out another "Psy?" kind of noise. He's doing okay! How are you?]

[ He shakes his head and goes back to stuffing things into the pack. ]

Nothing 'bad' happened, as far as I can remember.

[ Skarmory trills pleasantly, indicating that things are peachy, minus the fact her boss is a big moron. But hey, nothing new there. Is his being stupid, too? ]
