Well, I was kinda worried at first, 'cause Riku's hatched just fine, but mine wasn't even budging... [he says this as he fumbles around for Metal Chocobo's ball.]

-- But I took it to the Pokécenter, and Nurse Joy said it seemed just fine, so maybe I just needed to keep waiting and taking care of it... but then two weeks later, she hatched! And I figured out what was taking her so long.

[POP. and unlike most Skarmories, who would only stand maybe 4 or 5 inches above Sora, Metal Chocobo is... well, she's chocobo sized. Sora tilts his head waaaay back to look at the giant bird now looming above him. big bird is biiiig.]

[ --mother, who is shoving Leon aside to wedge her face into the screen. Skarmory is taller now than Leon, and around level 70, she's almost the same size as the chocobos Lightning is familiar with. She squawks happily at the screen. Her daughter is so pretty! ]
